Carbon Monoxide Alarms for Landlords

From the 1st October 2015 regulations require carbon monoxide alarms to be installed in rented residential accommodation in rooms with a solid fuel appliance. However with a duty of care over your tenants we recommend that all landlords install detectors because any fossil fuel-burning appliance can omit deadly carbon monoxide.
